PETS Clinic of Lubbock has received an $18,000 grant from the Community Foundation of West Texas to fund services for the pets of homeless and low-income individuals in Lubbock and surrounding areas, according to a news release from the clinic.

Shively Police: No new information on animal clinic shooting

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — No arrests have been made after a fatal shooting at the Shively Animal Clinic over the weekend.

The Shively Police Department is now responding to the community’s concerns about limited information being released in the shooting that killed 21-year-old Trent L. Taylor.

The woman cleared in the shooting death of a worker at the Shively Animal Clinic is speaking out after no charges were brought against her. Man killed in shooting at Shively animal clinic

One person is dead after being shot on Sunday evening at an animal hospital in Shively. According to Shively police, it happened at Shively Animal Hospital in the 2400 block of Dixie Highway at about 6:30 pm Police say a fight happened at the animal hospital resulting in the shooting of a 20-year-old man. Every now and then, when a curious kid wanders into the Sonoma Valley Pet Clinic, Dr. Adrienne Wood lets them put on her stethoscope, and listen to their pet’s heartbeat.
